Till The Land LTD

Customer Terms

Clear information about quotations, bookings, cancellation rights and the garden-care services we provide.

Important: requesting a quote through this website does not by itself create a contract or require you to book the work.

1. Quotations and estimates

The Instant Price Guide is an indicative estimate only. A contract is not created by using the estimator or submitting an enquiry. Before work is booked, Till The Land LTD will confirm the agreed scope and price in a final quotation or other written confirmation. Any quotation validity period, deposit, materials, waste-removal charge or other job-specific term will be stated with the final quote.

2. Booking and contract formation

A service contract is formed only when the customer and Till The Land LTD have agreed the work, price and booking arrangements. We may decline or reschedule work where necessary because of location, capacity, unsafe conditions, access problems, weather, legal restrictions or circumstances outside reasonable control.

3. Service availability

UK-wide enquiries are welcome, but availability varies by location, service type, job scope, capacity and practical travel requirements. Website wording should not be read as a guarantee that every service is available in every UK postcode.

4. Customer information and access

Customers should provide reasonably accurate information about the garden, access, known hazards and the requested work. Where a quote was based on incomplete or materially inaccurate information, we will explain any necessary change to scope or price before carrying out additional work.

5. Green waste

Where green-waste removal is included, it will be handled only through lawful transport, transfer and disposal arrangements. Any relevant waste-removal charge will be made clear before the work is agreed.

6. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer and a service contract is concluded at a distance or away from our business premises, you may have a statutory cancellation period and other rights under UK consumer law. Where those rules apply, we will provide the required cancellation information before the contract is concluded. If you specifically ask us to start work during an applicable cancellation period, we may ask for an express request and will explain any effect that starting or completing the service has on your cancellation rights.

7. Changes, delays and safety

We will take reasonable care in providing the agreed service. Work may need to be delayed, stopped or changed where continuing would be unsafe, unlawful, impractical or materially outside the agreed scope. We will communicate significant changes where reasonably possible.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us promptly so we can understand the issue and try to resolve it fairly.
